REGISTRATION

When will badge registration open?

Stay tuned on our social media for announcements about registration and badge sales soon!

Can I refund my badge?

Refunds can be requested through our registration website and will be handled case-by-case depending on how close it is to the convention date.
* Full refunds available until: May 1st, 2026
* Partial refundsAvailable until June 1st, 2026
* No refunds available from June 1st, 2026 through June 14th, 2026.

HOTEL BLOCK

When will the hotel block open?

The hotel block is already open! You can book your stay here. Hotel block rooms are limited and can sell out. We are in the process of acquiring additional blocks, however prices and availability may differ and are not guaranteed.

Do I need to have a room at the hotel to attend the con?

No, you do not have to be staying at the hotel to attend Phase Con. However, you will be required to have your badge visible at all times at the venue if you are not a hotel guest.

VENUE

Where is the venue and how do I get there?

Phase Con will be held at the Hyatt Regency SFO in Burlingame. It is less than a 10 minute drive away from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The hotel provides a free 24/7 shuttle services to and from the airport.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. The venue provides hourly and daily self-parking. For more information please visit their website.

GUESTS

Will Phase Con have any external / unaffiliated guests attend?

Phase Con is not looking to have any external guests be part of the official programming. However, everyone is welcome to attend as an attendee.

Will there be Meet & Greets?

Yes. As part of the official programming, there will be Meet & Greet for all of Phase Connect talents. However, we are currently not looking to have Meet & Greets for unaffiliated VTubers and guests.

What type of programming can we expect at Phase Con?

Do I have to pay extra to attend any of the scheduled programming?

Your badge includes entry to all of the programming at the convention. Certain key activities will incur an additional fee to participate in (such as Meet & Greets). Any paid activity will be announced prior to the convention.
