MEET & GREET
How It Works
Meet & Greet tickets will be available through the Phase Con Registration Website. Most tickets will be distributed through a General Raffle; open to anyone who pre-registers for the convention. If you are a Phase Community or Phase Citizen badge holder, you will gain access to a Priority Raffle that will be held prior.
Unclaimed tickets from both raffles will then be made available for purchase at a later date on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees who secure a Meet and Greet ticket will be able to pick them up with their badge. They cannot be reprinted once issued and are non-transferrable. A staff member will then direct you to the appropriate Meet & Greet line for your talent.
Priority Raffle opens from 4.19 to 5.02. General Raffle opens from 5.04 to 5.15. Please check the Meet & Greet talent schedule below to plan your raffles!
GENERAL RAFFLE INFO
1. Free to enter; enter as many raffles as you’d like.
2. If you win, you must complete the transaction and purchase your ticket within the designated purchase window.
3. Tickets not purchased within the designated purchase window will be released to First Come First Serve sales.
PRIORITY RAFFLE FOR PHASE COMMUNITY & PHASE CITIZEN BADGE HOLDERS
Phase Community and Phase Citizen badge holders get access to a priority raffle for select Meet & Greets. The priority raffle is an early access ticketing distribution system with a limited pool of available tickets for each Meet & Greet, available exclusively to Phase Community and Phase Citizen badge holders.
1. Phase Community badge holders are entered into a priority raffle system with 2 priority raffle tickets. Phase Citizen badge holders are entered into the same priority raffle with 5 priority tickets.
2. Priority Raffle participants are able to allocate up to three (3) raffle tickets to a single talent during the Priority Raffle.
3. Priority Raffle participants can change their raffle selection(s) as many times as they want through the ConCat portal before the raffle ends on May 2nd at 2:00 PM.
4. Winners of the Priority Raffle will be contacted through email on May 4th, at which time the option to Purchase the winning Meet & Greet slot(s) will become available for the winners until May 11th.
5. Any unclaimed/un-purchased Meet & Greet slot(s) from the Priority Raffle by the end of May 11th will be relegated to the General Raffle.
6. Priority Raffle Participants are able to participate again in the General Raffle following General Raffle rules, however, winners of Meet & Greet slot(s) are unable to win the slot(s) again for the same participating talent(s).
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Winners will be notified via email. Please remember to check your email regularly, including your spam folder!
2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed time slots cannot be rescheduled.
3. Each Meet & Greet has a time limit and includes a commemorative postcard (unless noted).
Any unpurchased tickets from the General Raffle pool will be made available for sale on a first-come-first-serve basis.
MEET & GREET CONDUCT
1. Please respect the time limit noted for each Meet & Greet.
2. For VTubers, do not ask the Meet & Greet talent to collaborate, this is a chance to have a fan experience, not a networking opportunity.
3. Do not ask the Meet & Greet guest to reveal information on upcoming events, collaborations, or other unreleased content.
4. Do not make references to other personas or VTubers.
5. Do not ask personal/uncomfortable questions to the guest, or do anything else that could be interpreted as harassment. Please be respectful. The Meet & Greet staff reserves the right to immediately stop any Meet & Greet at their discretion.
6. Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your badge being revoked or even a permanent ban from the convention.
7. In addition to the above, all attendees participating in Meet & Greets are also subject to Phase Con’s general code of conduct for all attendees.
GIFT POLICY
1. We are not accepting any gift in any shape or form.
2. Only letter sized letters are permitted. Phase Connect staff reserves the right to check the content of the letter and reject any letter at their discretion.
GROUP POLICY
1. If a guest accepts groups; individual ticket holders may pool their time together and join at the same time. For example, 3 ticket holders for a Meet & Greet that is 1 minute per ticket can pool together for a 3 minute group Meet & Greet. Every attendee must have a ticket for the Meet & Greet to enter.
2. Meet & Greets can not be attended virtually. Phase Con reserves the right to ask potential groups to enter individually or as smaller units for any reason.
